Steve
Doszpot - Candidate for Brindabella
A
resident of Canberra for 27 years. Steve Doszpot has a wide range
of business experience in the computer industry, as a senior executive
with major multi national computer companies, Wang Computer Pty
Ltd (Australia) and Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1989 he established
his own company Canberra Strategic Marketing – which he was Managing
Director of until 1998.
He
has also made significant contribution to sport, both as President
of Canberra Soccer and as the Event Director of the highly successful
Olympic football tournament in Canberra.
In
addition, he has served on the Board of CanTrade – Government Advisory
Board since its inception in 1995, he is also a former member of
the Canberra Institute of Technology Advisory Board, and was a member
of Project 2000; and the Nara Sister City Committee, he is also
an Honorary Canberra Ambassador.
